This Roast Pork Belly is in flat format, and is seasoned with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme and comes in 2 formats. We recommend Chilli JamTasco Sauce  or  Chilli Cream to go along with it.  Pictures are for illustration purpose only to show serving suggestions. It does not come with side dishes.

Cooking Instructions:

Chef Loris recommends pre-heating the oven to 250°c or highest heat of a domestic oven at least 220°c. Remove pork belly from packaging and set on a tray. Wipe the skin dry with paper towel. Cook it for at least 25 minutes or longer till the skin turns golden brown and crackling forms. Take the pork belly out of the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes to cool before slicing. SERVE.
