Refund and Returns Policy

  • Please notify us if there is any discrepancy or issue with your order and delivery within 24 hours.
  • Please do take pictures of the products to facilitate process. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. 

Refunds and/or redeliveries will be arranged under the following conditions:

  • If the product has been delivered in a damaged condition.
  • If incorrect products have been delivered.
  • If there are missing items in the delivery.
  • If the product is out of stock and you choose to have a refund instead of having the item replaced.
